The holidays put everyone in a giving mood, especially Monty one of our newest Rotarians.
Monty was very moved by the holiday lunch the Community Projects committee hosted for residents at the Morgan Hill Safe Park. During lunch he heard the director say they could really use a storage shed. Monty wants to buy the $900 shed out of pocket and get a tax receipt from the RCMH Endowment. We graciously write him a tax deduction receipt.
Questions:
Question - Is it really a good idea for one person to come to buy something extra for an existing project.
Answer - Yes! A Rotarian that wants to give a little more is always a good thing.
